Welcome to Exovara Labs
A short note on why this studio exists, what we build, and what to expect from this blog.
Hello. If you're reading this, you've found us early — and we're glad you did.
Exovara Labs is a small, deliberately remote software studio and AI lab. We build production-grade software for founders, small teams, and individuals who deserve a real engineering team in their corner. SaaS products. Custom software. Web. The kind of work that compounds, instead of breaks.
Why this studio, and why now
Most software work happens at one of two extremes. On one end, you have enterprise-grade studios charging enterprise-grade prices — gated behind procurement cycles that an early-stage founder can't survive. On the other end, you have agencies built on volume and template work, where speed comes at the cost of everything that makes software last.
There's a missing middle: studios that ship real engineering, run lean enough to be affordable, and treat smaller clients with the same care reserved for the Fortune 500. That's the gap Exovara was built for.
What you can expect from this blog
We're going to write about the things we're actually doing — not the things that perform well on LinkedIn. That means:
- Engineering posts about specific problems we solved on real projects (with the names and details scrubbed when needed)
- Security posts from our cybersecurity background — threat modeling, dependency hygiene, the unglamorous discipline of keeping software trustworthy
- AI engineering notes from production work with RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, evals, and the messy reality of shipping LLM-based features
- Studio meta — how a four-person remote team operates, prices its work, and stays sane while doing it
We're not going to write filler. If we don't have something useful to say in a week, you won't hear from us that week.
How to keep up
The blog has an RSS feed at /blog/rss.xml (coming soon). You can also subscribe via email — we'll add that shortly. Or, the most reliable signal: if you're hiring us, we'll keep you in the loop directly.
If something here resonated and you've got something to build, tell us about it. We respond inside one business day, usually faster.
